This Valley of the Kings has nothing to do with the real one. It is actually a cafe-bar with a very interesting location. It's at the ground floor of one of the building of the Old Center of Bucharest. What is even more amazing is that when it's warm outside, they set their tables outside, in some sort of passage/hallway, something connected the building which are very close to each other. Valley of the Kings offers Arabic coffee, water pipes and other treats of the sort. It is not the only one in the area, other such small bars have been opened on this small passage. It is actually delightful in the summer, as it is alway cool here. However, Vally of the Kings is the only one of some fame, so the whole area is referred to with that name. Enjoy!
It was quite cold, as you can see. Lots of beautiful snow. Chit-chatting before lunch. The hotel's yard. Climbing, managing resourced, facing storm :) It started snowing again on Saturday night. Camp fire. My colleague D near a headless snowman. Camp fire again. Paparazzi. The flames. Early in the morning, while walking with the purpose of then having a hot coffee, we were treated with such views. The Church in Predeal. I feel this is the most appropriate style for a mountain resort. Silviana, smiling, but I can tell you she was freezing. After having our coffee. On the way back to the hotel. Going uphill is not the thing to do for out-of-practice city-girls :)
